Ah, well—Amaranth was transferred to our unit, actually, so it was, er... kind of an odd morning, but we've been close since not long after I arrived, so it's definitely not something I mind. Just—very surprising.

It's a little worrying, since I'd definitely be really sad if I were to be moved off of avante... but at least for right now, it's a nice arrangement.

Ah, she's been a mentor to me since very early on, and seen me through some very hard times, and—well, I suppose I've seen her through some difficult times as well. We're from the same world, so there's a bit of camaraderie.
