It's like a large construct shaped like a person, generally, made from metal and sorcery—they're pretty rare in most places. Even the largest empire in the world doesn't have very many of them, although apparently for D.Va they're really commonplace, or something?
The Horde wasn't that advanced. And the Rebellion had pretty much nothing at all. We didn't have much to brag about unless we got some First Ones tech to Entrapta to play around with.
