The ocean... I don't know that I had ever seen it in my life. It's not like an ocean on a globe world.

Based on where I seem to have ended up at times, I saw quite a bit of it, although the actual journeys I don't recall... I don't think I'm any kind of seasoned sailor, though.

I can't imagine I had much time for leisurely strolls, either.

...I wonder if it would be possible to take a boat out here in the city.

I think it must be—John built one to take out on the water, and I think he did get it working.

That would be nice...

Mm—well, and you could probably buy a boat, too. I think he just wanted to try to build one for the experience.

I'm starting with a scooter, though, I don't know if that's the vehicle that you have.

Ah, I suppose it would be rather different then. But I could try to learn a vehicle like that, eventually.

It's... really not so bad... although I guess a smaller vehicle might be a bit more like riding a horse, so it might be easier for me, I'm not sure.

...it's not too bad riding along with someone, though, so I'm happy riding with you if there's room.

It feels really different from a horse, because it's much faster. I think the bike might be big enough for two, though.

Well—take me with you sometime, then. Once you're comfortable.

It's nice to be able to go a little further afield more easily...
