But he's dressed up because family should respect him. He's always dressed up by normal standards so for it to be so by his, it's a lot. Sparda fancy. No monocle though, he's not that powerful. Just you know, cravat, everything extra embroidered and velvet, amulet out. Some wing jewellery.
